Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of , a text-message assistant for University of Florida students operated by Jessica Yang. By signing up, you agree to them.
Who can use it
You must be a current UF student, 18 or older, with an @ufl.edu email address and an invite code. Invite codes are single use. You may share the invites we give you, but you may not sell them.
Text messages
By signing up and texting us, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages, including deadline reminders, daily and weekly summaries, grade alerts and study questions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Reply STOP to stop all messages. Reply HELP for help, or email . Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Reminders are a help, not a guarantee
We build reminders from sources such as your Canvas calendar feed, syllabi you send us and public UF calendars. These sources can be late, incomplete or wrong, and the AI that reads them can make mistakes. You are responsible for checking official deadlines in Canvas, ONE.UF and your syllabi. We are not responsible for missed deadlines, grades or other consequences.
Academic integrity
The service gives hints and asks questions. It will not complete graded work for you. You are responsible for following the UF Student Honor Code and each instructor's rules on AI use.
Course and professor information
Summaries of courses and instructors come from public sources and other students' opinions. They may be outdated or inaccurate and do not represent our views.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to harass anyone, send illegal content, try to break or overload the service, or access other people's data.
Ending your account
You can stop at any time by replying STOP or emailing us. We may suspend or end access at any time, including if you break these terms.
Actions taken for you
Some features act for you, such as drafting an email to a professor or checking class availability. We will show you anything that would be sent in your name and send it only after you approve it. You are responsible for what you approve.
Fees
The service is free right now. We reserve the right to charge for it, or for some features, in the future. We will not charge you without telling you the price first and getting your agreement. If you don't agree, you can stop using the service and we will delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" during an early, invite-only period. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (currently $0).
Not affiliated with UF
is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the University of Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is meaningful, we will text or email you before it takes effect.
